Shipping policy

All of our product prices currently include shipping costs — no extra fees will be added at checkout.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days of purchase. Please note that weekends and UK public holidays may extend processing and delivery times.

Delivery times

* UK orders: Usually arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
* Europe: Usually arrives within 5–10 working days.
* Rest of world: Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 7–21 working days.

These are estimated delivery times provided by carriers. Delays can occur that are outside our control.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Address information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address if entered incorrectly by the customer.

Missing or delayed orders
