We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Returns window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused/unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging (for prints, please use the original tube/flat mailer). You’ll also need the receipt or your order number.
How to start a return
Email randomartsandcollections@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they can’t be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, you’ll be responsible for the return postage. For faulty/damaged items, we will cover reasonable return postage once approved.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days at randomartsandcollections@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos and your order number so we can put it right quickly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalised items

Digital downloads

Perishable goods

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Sale items: Your statutory rights (see the “14-day cooling-off period” below) still apply. Outside that period, sale items are returnable only if faulty.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the quickest way is to return the original (once accepted) and place a new order.
UK & EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being delivered to the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. You then have 14 days to send the items back. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. You’ll be refunded within the timelines below. (This does not apply to personalised/made-to-order items or other excluded goods listed above.)
Refunds
We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm approval. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method.

We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of posting, where applicable).

Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake.
